Vacuum Ejector for Tank Cleaning System

The vacuum ejector is a special designed jet pump used to clean out residue material in the tanks by means of vacuum.  The ejector is operated by air from the bulk air compressor.  The efficiency of the ejector strongly depends on the length of the suction hose or pipe (short distance high efficiency, long distance low efficiency).  For this reason the ejector needs to be located in such a way that the distance to the tank is as short as possible.

The Unislip hi-efficiency ejector may be fitted on each tank with an internal quick coupling for a cleaning hose in the tank.  As the flexible suction hose can be connected with a coupling inside bulk tank, the strongest vacuum power can be obtained among other conventional ones.  Besides, as a self-cleaning device is provided inside bulk tank, less cleaning time/man power and best clean-up can be obtained
