Remote Control System

There is a Remote Control Console installed for this system.

Wheel House Control Console:  This panel is for remote control of material discharge from storage tanks to drilling rigs or to end user via the discharge manifolds (port and starboard) on deck in the middle part and the stern of the vessel, and for controlling external filling of storage tanks from shore station or other vessels via the filling manifolds (port and starboard) on deck in the middle part of the vessel.

This control console is of the MIMIC diagram type panel which shows simplified disposition of all components of the system and pipe lines in different colors according to their purpose.

All remote valves are situated on appropriate lines on the display panel and this is a fool-proof type, so that any crew can operate the system without any trouble and maintenance.
